Lisa A. Glasgow
Lisa A. Glasgow is an award-winning advertising Creative Director and a Stress Therapist. This unusual pairing allows her to work in high stress, corporate environments, whilst offering a healthy outlet for processing stress and understanding the emotional dynamics that pervade any high-anxiety, business environment.
Glasgow is a qualified TRE Provider (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises) and a trainee Clinical Hypnotherapist. Having spent 30 years living the highs and lows of an international advertising executive, overcoming anxiety, depression and addiction along the way, Glasgow uniquely combines a wealth of practical experience with intellectual study.
With her background in communication, she is passionate about helping people understand the language of emotions so they can lead full, authentic, healthy lives.
